New Ranking System

There is a new ranking system when it comes to forum posts

when a member reaches each a special userbar will automatically be added to their profile. do not just post for the heck of it all posts must be relevant. Happy Posting

Next time rdawg, bulletins go in the bulletin forums so they show up on the portal. Just add onto what I already sAidabout this. Tho I like the whole usedbar ideas in which case, let's bring back the part ranks from
