Top 10 Chararacters that would be a good addition to the Smash World!

I know a lot of us can think of a lot in terms of characters that would have been good adds to Brawl. Now, the picks have to be somewhat logical, so no Microsoft or Sony characters. They can be Nintendo characters obviously and maybe some Sega characters possibly. Third parties should mostly be okay unless they are exclusively from games outside of Nintendo systems. Whoever has the most votes wins!

I thought I'd let you know that I edited my original post on here and added Earthworm Jim to the list. I decided to put Toejam & Earl as a tie for 10th because you can't have just one of those two in the game if there was a chance those chars would be added. You have to have both.
