Kirby for Wii

Rumor has veen floating around of a Kirby game to be released for Wii. This title looks similar to Kirby and the Crystal Shards for N64 (Awesome game btw) but will have obvious differences. Ive heard that the game was originally going to be for GameCube but production was swapped to wii. Oddly enough, Nintendo failed to mention any upcoming kirby games let alone any of their big character games. please use this topic to discuss your opinions on this highly anticipated Kirby Title.

Also I have heard in some places that the game is going to be in a free roaming 3D environment. But after seeing supposed actual gameplay on Youtube and thinking how dumb it would be for kirby to leave his 2D sidescroller roots I have to say it isnt going to be a free roaming game.

i was waiting for that title for ages, yet they never released it, i believe they just used the kirby project and edited it into the subspace adventure for brawl, both have partner capabilites, both 2d, both have bosses/many enemies...

I was wondering when the hell would they come up with a Wii Kirby game. I remember seeing footage for this game a while ago though. It was originally going to come out for Gamecube, but never got released. Well, hopefully it does get released for Wii sometime in the future. How about before the Wii system gets too old because we know that will happen.

Right now the wii is the biggest VG system in the country.


I really want a kirby game for wii, the last console title that actualy encombassed kirby's true legacy was Kirby and the Crystal shards and that was great.

There is a rumor that they had set up the side scrolling for the Kirby Wii game but they used it for brawl instead. Idk if I believe that though
