Alright this tourney will begin on December 20th 2008 sign ups start now. There is enough room for 16 people.
Rules
1. 4 Stock
2. Best 2 out of 3
3. All stages are useable
4. No items at all
Tourney will start at noon on the 20th or when the tourney is full and each match has a 4 day deadline, between the 24th and the 30th is an exception of course because it's the christmas week you may still continue your matches through those days if you want though.

oh no I was just wondering what you meant be where it's at sorry its online and theres no chatroom this is just posted in my clans webpage here and on brawl central I just go through the 3 places and edit as something new happens

Kewls, thanks for clearing that up. One of the hosting rules is that it is at least taking place here in some way, i guess. the rules are complicated.
