You can only take a max of 4 unclaimed titles, but after that you can start challenging ppl for their already taken titles. We havent done much with this in a long while so idk

He wouldnt call u out and make a fool of himself by not following through. You just need to be ready for when lary is ready Toon, unless he revokes his challenge.
